Length/size: I will write 10,000 words for each $20 that is bid, up
to a maximum of 50,000 words. If a story plot just won't stretch as long
as was paid for, I will write an additional story to make up the deficit.
Especially interested in: Pairings: Spock/McCoy, Legolas/Gimli,
Spock/McCoy/Kirk, Frodo/Sam, Qui-Gon Jinn/Obi-Wan Kenobi (in that order of
preference). Content: I enjoy writing angst, what-ifs, fixits, drama,
action, introspection, mistaken identity, mild to moderate dubcon, pining,
miscommunication, in-denial, banter, first-times, happy endings (after
considerable trouble), and relationships between people who genuinely love
each other even if there are obstacles that prevent them acting on it. I
love classic tropes like "stranded in a cave" or "sex pollen" or "bed
sharing" or "fake marriage," "gender swap," etc. Check my stuff out on AO3
to see if we're sympatico!
Unwilling to address: I prefer only to write about my listed
pairings. My absolute NOTPS include Frodo/Merry, Spock/Uhura, plain
Spock/Kirk without McCoy, Obi-Wan/Anakin, or Obi-Wan/Satine, and I prefer
to have any other non-listed pairings remain in the background, if
mentioned, with the exception of McCoy/Kirk, which can be a secondary
pairing. I'm not willing or able to write kid fic, crossovers, sex when
one partner has a severe injury, trauma recovery, neurodivergence, pure
comedy, schmoop/sap/smarm, excessive whump or gore, mpreg, A/B/O, pure
noncon, or certain types of modern AUs such as high school, college, coffee
shop, or rock star, though canon divergence is usually OK and other types
of AUs might be negotiable. Absolutely no scat, pissplay, or necrophilia
kink, please. (Other kinks such as BDSM, blindfolds, praise kink,
humiliation play, etc. may be negotiable but must be somewhat in
character.) Fic requests must allow space for plot and character; I can't
write just sex for 50,000 words.
Notes: If you are set on one rigid, highly-detailed idea and aren't
willing to negotiate to discover something we can both enjoy, you'll be
happier spending your money on another author. I'm a slave-to-the-muse
more than a write-to-order author, and may have to take creative liberties
if the story demands it. I will be happy to talk with my bidder to decide
on an idea.
